Have You Ever Noticed
If I have same sex attraction, there’s only one option for me?
If I don’t fit in with the other boys/girls, I must be trans?
I must be affirming of the LGBTQ lifestyle, but my desire to change is not tolerated?
All I wanted was to be accepted, not politicized.
I was told abuse and porn weren’t factors, but they were for me.
Everyone should be welcoming of others’ experiences, unless I want to leave LGBTQ?
LGBTQ is complex.
California should protect freedom of conscience for everyone.
Imagine if following your conscience or religion was restricted by the government simply because you have previously identified as LGBTQ? Today, freedoms have been taken away from many Christians who seek support and encouragement to follow their faith when it involves letting go of LGBTQ identities.
Whether it’s restricting counseling from children who may have been sexually abused (like so many of us) or requiring schools to offer suicide helps that promote LGBTQ ideology (like Trevor Project), Californians who question their sexuality or gender are not truly free. In many States like CA (and nations across the world like Canada and Australia) following your conscience comes with public pressure and intrusion of government policy when you question your sexual identity.
Stories like ours are censored and defamed, but join us as we take a stand in June.
We started by speaking out,
now we need YOU to speak out as well.
Since we know that people DO leave LGBTQ culture, help us tell California legislators once again that:
- 1“We exist!”
- 2The LGBTQ experience is complex.
- 3There should be different pathways for people with this life experience.
- 4California must remain free—for everybody—to follow their consciences!
- 5California legislators must step away from government-mandated sexuality and stop controlling people’s identities and personal beliefs.

We Will Speak Out To
Prove
We Exist
There are numerous people who want to and have left LGBTQ. Many legislators are new and have not heard our stories or that we exist.
Protect Pathways to Freedom
We are advocating for the practice of our faith that protects pathways to freedom for those who want an alternative to LGBTQ.
Equip Christians & Legislators
Be equipped to respond to LGBTQ culture with compassion. Join CHANGED at the Capitol to gain new language and be encouraged.

What You Can Do
JOIN US
Join us on June 11 & 12 as we share our life stories at the California Capitol. You'll hear those incredible testimonies of change but also be equipped to speak out yourself—with compassion, understanding, and ways to take action—by physicians and professionals. California's dangerous policies must end and freedoms must be protected.
Stay with us in our block of rooms at our event center.
SUPPORT
We need to raise $30,000 for our portion of the symposium and rally on the steps. We’ve invited once-gay individuals from around the US and pastors and leaders around California to join us. We want to make this as accessible as possible.

FAQ
-
We have a block of rooms reserved where the symposium will be hosted - the Sheraton Grand Hotel in Sacramento. You can join our block of rooms here.
-
Absolutely not! While the majority of our team does have this shared life experience, many others have joined our team and are joining our event who do not. If you have a heart to understand the LGBTQ experience better and to fight for freedom of conscience, freedom of religion, and freedom of speech, then please join us!
-
We’ve kept the symposium as cheap as possible so this does not include an event t-shirt. But we’re giving everyone an opportunity to pre-order a shirt at our cost. We’ll all be wearing these for the rally and while meeting with legislators.
