Seizing This Moment:
A New Way Forward For LGBTQ

Help CHANGED equip counselors, churches, and culture for a once-in-a-generation window around LGBTQ.

A cultural window has opened. It won’t stay open long.
We’re ready to act boldly, compassionately, and quickly if we have the resources.

Something has shifted in culture - quietly, but dramatically.

For years, the LGBTQ movement has been one of the most powerful forces shaping how our world thinks about identity, sexuality, and belonging. But now, cracks are appearing in its foundation:

  • Parents no longer feel their children are safe in school bathrooms and classrooms.

  • Corporations are backing away from DEI and “woke” marketing.

  • The LGB is increasingly clashing with the T.

  • The White House is blocking funding for gender ideology in school curricula.

  • The Olympics has banned men from women’s sports.

  • Medical institutions and insurance companies are retreating from sex reassignment surgeries as lawsuits mount from traumatized young adults who were sterilized and mutilated as children.

Culture is starting to say, “This isn’t working.
And for the first time in decades, people are open to hearing something different.

This is a rare, fragile moment of openness.
We may not get another like it.

PARTNER WITH US

A NEW WAY FORWARD IS NEEDED

For years, culture has preached a simple storyline:

“You were born this way. This is who you are. You can’t change.”

But those of us in CHANGED lived these stories from the inside. We remember the wounds and trauma that came before our LGBTQ identities:

  • rejection and abandonment

  • sexual abuse

  • loneliness and isolation

  • deep identity confusion

  • unmet emotional needs

The LGBTQIA labels didn’t save us.
They didn’t heal our pain.
They separated us, locked us into unresolved trauma, and told us we could never change.

Now we know there are pathways out of LGBTQ that bring life, healing, and wholeness—because we’ve walked them with Jesus. But most people questioning their sexuality or gender have never been told these pathways exist.

Instead, cultural narratives, progressive agendas, and institutional pressures have buried hope.

OUR OPEN WINDOW

Between now and June 2026, the U.S. Supreme Court will rule on Chiles v. Salazar, a case that may strike down therapy bans in 23 states.

If this happens:

  • Counselors will finally be free to support young people who want to align their sexuality with biblical conviction.

  • Thousands of families seeking help will look for trusted, hope-filled resources.

But there are serious gaps:

  1. Few counselors feel equipped to help people move away from LGBTQ after the APA has banned this care for decades.

  2. Many LGBTQ-identified people will feel attacked and threatened by such a ruling, because they’ve been surrounded by “no-hope” narratives and told that nothing can change.

The moment the ruling lands, the narrative will be up for grabs. Whoever speaks clearly, compassionately, and loudly first will shape how millions understand this shift.

CHANGED intends to be that voice of hope and truth, if we’re prepared.

WHY CHANGED IS UNIQUELY POSITIONED

Since 2016, CHANGED has:

☑️ Challenged harmful legislation and consulted with members of Congress and state lawmakers.

☑️ Influenced Supreme Court cases and worked with top constitutional law firms.

☑️ Helped shape “Help Not Harm” and “Save Girls’ Sports” bills.

☑️ Published books and articles that expose untruths and point toward healing.

☑️ Spoken at major conferences like Thinq.

☑️ Equipped Christians, pastors, and families to navigate LGBTQ with conviction and compassion.

We have relationships with:

  • leading doctors, psychologists, and research scientists

  • D.C. think tanks and policy leaders

  • denominational leaders and pastors

  • friends in Hollywood and Grammy-winning artists

  • a growing movement of formerly LGBTQ-identified believers ready to testify

We know the players. We know the systems. We carry the stories.
And by God’s grace, we have influence.

Now we need the resources to match the moment.

  1. Call the APA & AMA to Account

Assemble leading experts to confront the American Psychological Association and American Psychiatric Association for withholding care from people like us under activist pressure—locking millions in trauma.

  1. Equip Counselors & Pastors

Help develop world-class training for psychologists, counselors, and pastors so they can respond wisely and biblically when people seek a way out of LGBTQ.

  1. Produce a Landmark Documentary

Create a provocative film that deconstructs LGBTQ ideology, reveals its political roots, and asks whether culture should abandon these labels altogether and return to biological reality and true belonging.

  1. Launch Media Testimonial Campaigns

Produce video and online campaigns that:

  • Show we weren’t born gay or trans.

  • Expose how adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and relational wounds often lie beneath same-sex attraction and gender confusion.

  • Highlight pathways of healing that have proven effective.

  1. Establish Standards of Care for Detransitioners

For detransitioners, there are currently no medical standards of care, no mental health pathways, and no insurance codes to help them return to their biological sex. We aim to convene the experts necessary to change this.

  1. Equip Churches Everywhere

We want every person on the planet to be within 30 minutes of a church that is equipped to navigate LGBTQ with God’s compassion and conviction.

We’ve already begun doing this with our network of churches and giving away our flagship Navigating LGBTQ course.

  1. Amplify Our Voice

Increase our presence through interviews, talk shows, podcasts, social media, trade shows, and websites—so truth and hope are loud when the culture is listening.

FUNDING MILESTONES

To seize this window, we’re asking God, and friends like you, for:

Phase 1
$150,000 by December 31

This will allow us to:

  • Begin production and pre-production on the documentary.

  • Start developing counselor and pastor training frameworks.

  • Prepare the first wave of media and testimonial campaigns.

  • Underwrite key legal, research, and convening costs for expert gatherings.

Phase 2
+$200,000 by April 1

This will allow us to:

  • Move from planning to full-scale implementation of training and standards of care.

  • Expand media campaigns nationally.

  • Roll out church equipping and resource distribution at scale.

  • Sustain a strategic public voice through the lead-up to the Supreme Court ruling.
