We are a community of friends who once identified as LGBTQ+.
Today, we celebrate the love of Jesus and His freedom and comfort in our lives.
“CHANGED” began as an effort to highlight the uncommon journeys of men and women who have confronted that question in their own lives. Finding themselves sexually attracted to the same sex, or uncertain of their gender, the men and women featured on this site took unusual paths of self-discovery that led to transformation.
Today, many face this daunting question alone. Sometimes answers seem beyond reach—you are not alone.
who have explored the depths of our identities and found freedom. We have confronted the pain, rejection, and despair that often accompany the LGBTQ+ experience, and so our approach is sensitive. Compassionate. Genuine.
This is an invitation to go deeper with us, to find meaning in the journey. And to embrace process. We have looked beyond the cultural labels and expectations and found lasting fulfillment.
On our website you’ll read the vulnerable, authentic and sometimes raw accounts of the hope and prosperity all of our journeys offered as we questioned our sexuality and gender identity.

Suddenly, while praying, I became aware of my own desperate need for life and love. This was the beginning of my transformation and return to Christ. As I took a baby step toward him, he took a giant step toward me…

There was a figure wearing white clothing… He looked me straight in the eyes and said, “Don’t be afraid; trust Me. No one will be harmed."

My faith gave me courage to confront the wounds of my past. As I have embraced and loved myself as a man, a husband, and father, same-sex feelings have dwindled.

God is making himself known to our generation through stories of freedom and wholeness from within the most unlikely people group, LGBTQ+. There is no more provocative testimony than that of men and women who have chosen identity in Christ above that of LGBTQ+. We are CHANGED. And we’re growing in number every day.
CHANGED is a ministry that was born out of the passion to find safe places for men and women to pursue God wholeheartedly, with Biblical conviction, when they experience same sex attraction or gender identity issues.
